Second Harvest Heartland works to end hunger through community partnerships. They are one of the nation’s largest, most efficient and most innovative hunger relief organizations. Their fleet of trucks drives half a million miles every year, helping connect people with the food they need to thrive. Beyond the food bank itself, Second Harvest Heartland works to find new, more efficient and more effective, ways to do more with the food resources in our community.
