Since 2014, gish&co. has supported the InSideOut Initiative with a multitude of marketing and promotional activities. gish&co. is proud to partner with the Initiative as it works to bring its character-building, life-sustaining curriculum to NFL markets and school communities nationwide.
Funded by the NFL Foundation, the InSideOut Initiative is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works to create culture change in school communities across the country. Using its unique approach built on the InSideOut Philosophy and InSideOut System, the Initiative trains and equips leaders to hold themselves and one another accountable to standards that put student-athletes’ health and well-being at the center of their athletic programs.
gish&co. is proud to be on “the team” with the leaders at InSideOut, helping to shepherd social media strategy and execution, brand management, website hosting and maintenance (as well as original design), content development, design, photography, email marketing, onsite event promotions and more.
gish&co. supports the Initiative with all ongoing marketing efforts. This includes day-to-day operations of owned media channels, as well as serving as the primary points of contact for event-specific promotional needs.
Social media strategy and execution
Athletic directors, coaches and athletes tend to be extremely active on social media—particularly Twitter. gish&co. runs all of InSideOut’s social channels, and is proud to have grown the following to attain hundreds of thousands of impressions and solid engagement rates every month.
Website hosting and maintenance
When the Initiative was launching, gish&co. helped develop the brand and its website. The site is fully responsive, and therefore usable on any device. Its “News” section is home to incredible content developed by InSideOut team members, and serves to drive users back to the site again and again to learn more about transformational coaching and culture change.
Using the MailChimp platform, InSideOut is able to stay top of mind with community members. From training invitations to monthly round-up recaps of trainings and events as well as featured blog posts, InSideOut’s email program continues to drive significant traffic and engagement.
Collateral design and development
Given its emphasis on training communities, InSideOut regularly needs professional, useful printed materials. From training workbooks to annual reports to white papers and promotional brochures, gish&co. helps InSideOut stay on brand and looking professional.
There are many coaches education programs in the country—but none like InSideOut. To best explain the Initiative and steward trainees along the path to becoming an InSideOut School, gish&co. works with the InSideOut team to develop and publish compelling content that drives users back to the website and helps folks learn more about what the Initiative is truly all about.
